If you like to have a beverage occasionally, keep your money at home if you are going to do your consuming in a casino. I am serious. Leave your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all money, credit cards and checkbooks out of the casino. Only take whatever cash you anticipate to use on drinks, tipping and whatever pocket change you anticipate to squander and leave the rest behind.

Pessimistic? Not really. Just realistic. You could have a win following a drunken night out with your comrades and be blessed sufficiently to hook a marathon roll at a on fire craps table. Don’t forget that adventure because it’s as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink and gamble. The two just do not go well together.

Keeping your moola back at the hotel is a bit drastic, but precautionary actions for dramatic actions is essential. If you wager to profit, then don’t consume alcohol and bet. If you are able to afford to be wasteful with your cash without a worry, then drink all the complimentary alcohol your stomach can handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your drunk as a skunk brain squanders everything!

Permit me to carry this 1 step further. Don’t drink alcohol and then head on the internet to bet in your favorite casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my abode, but since I’m connected through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit in close proximity, I can’t drink and wager.

Why? Despite the fact that I don’t consume alcohol to excess, once I drink, it is certainly enough to befuddle my better judgment. I gamble, so I do not drink alcohol when wagering. If you are a drinker, don’t bet when you do. Both make for a dangerous, and costly, cocktail.
